The vacuumed material enters into contact with the inert liquid thereby avoiding any form of potential spark from electrostatic charge or friction. There is also a safety filter that stops improbable dust particles that would otherwise move towards the turbine. The material used is AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure maximum electrical conductivity. There are also solutions for vacuuming fine plastic-based dusts.
The vacuumed material can be recovered easily for reuse. The side channel blowers used by Depureco are ATEX certified by the blower manufacturer, the filters used are M class antistatic (filtration efficiency up to 1 micron) that can be implemented with H14 absolute filters (filtration efficiency up to 99.995% on a particle size of 0.18 microns).
Depureco also has the possibility of making ad-hoc centralized systems for laboratories and production departments, thus eliminating any mobile industrial vacuums and centralizing the collection of material in a single point, even outside the production zone if necessary.
